ERIBOR
The relevance of ERIBOR
There are no analogs of the ERIBOR concept in the modern Ukrainian market of educational services. Given the real threat of military conflicts and the impossibility of predicting their end, there is a great demand for safe and quality education in emergencies. The potential market for ERIBOR includes participants in the educational process, regardless of their age, who live in the city of Kharkiv and the surrounding areas.
According to the annual plan of the Department of Education of the Kharkiv City Council, war events led to a serious reduction in the number of first grades by 110 compared to last year. In communally owned schools, the number of first-graders decreased by almost 6,000 children.
As of September 1, 2022, the total number of school-aged children in Kharkiv has decreased to 130,000 (from 155,000 last year). Of them, 125,000 studied in general education institutions (compared to 140,000 last year), and 2,000 people studied in vocational education institutions (against 34,000 last year). Currently, only 121 out of 181 schools have shelters, but due to damage, only 101 of them can conduct classes offline. However, these shelters do not comply with any state building regulations (DBN) and turned out to be completely ineffective.
Kharkiv, located close to the Russian border and a war zone, faces significant security challenges for children, teachers, and parents. Unfortunately, given the extraordinary speed of the "Iskander" missile, which reaches the center of the city of Kharkiv in 20 seconds, the alarm is triggered already after the explosion, making it difficult to reach the shelter in such a short period.
Your support is a contribution to the future and peace. Let's work together to help our children survive this difficult period and provide them with the opportunity to receive a quality education in a safe environment.
